Refund policy

We allow up to 7 days to return the items you ordered for exchange only.

At Venna Hair, we get it! Sometimes you may 'oopsie' on the colour/ shade that you may order. That's ok!  We will exchange your purchase for your correct colour of choice as long as your items are unused, unwashed, in original packaging and in original tags.

Otherwise, all sales are final due to buyer hygiene and safety.
